# Pharmakon Market Canary

## Statements

The Pharmakon Market administrators who have digitally signed this file [1] [2]
state the following:

1. The date of issue of this canary is January 21st, 2026.

2. Pharmakon Market has never:

   a) - turned over private keys to anyone

   b) - issued shares of it's operations to a VC, angel investor, or a different third party

   c) - introduced any backdoors to it's website or the canonical pill renderer

3. We plan to publish the next of these canary statements in the first two weeks of February 2026.
We include the current Ethereum block depth in each update to establish that the signature was not pre-generated.
Special note should be taken if no new canary is published by that time or if the list of statements changes without
plausible explanation.

## Disclaimers and notes

This canary scheme is not infallible. Although signing the declaration makes it very difficult for a third party
to produce arbitrary declarations, it does not prevent them from using force or other means, like blackmail or
compromising the signer's laptops, to coerce us to produce false declarations.
